Mostanáig elegendő volt a jogszabályoknak megfelelő programmal kellett rendelkezni és egy, a program követelményeknek való megfelelőségéről a program fejlesztője által kiállított nyilatkozattal és a program felhasználói leírásával.

A jelenlegi szabályok szerint az adóhatóság egy társaság adószámát – adószám felfüggesztéses előzmény nélkül – törli, ha azt állapítja meg, hogy:
- a vállalkozás által a székhelyeként bejelentett cím nem valós,
- a vállalkozás szervezeti képviselőt az adóhatósághoz nem jelentett be,
- a vállalkozás által bejelentett szervezeti képviselő nem valós személy.
Conform regulilor actuale, autoritatea fiscală va anula numărul fiscal al unei companii - fără antecedente de suspendare a numărului fiscal - dacă stabilește că:
- adresa declarată de societate ca sediu social nu este reală,
- întreprinderea nu a înregistrat un reprezentant organizațional la autoritățile fiscale,
- reprezentantul organizatoric declarat de intreprindere nu este o persoana reala.
According to the current rules, the tax authority deletes the tax number of a company - without a history of suspension of the tax number - if it determines that:
- the address declared by the company as its registered office is not real,
- the company has not declared its organizational representative to the tax authority,
- the organizational representative notified by the company is not a real person.
