Accounting
According to
our national laws,
accounting is mandatory for business entities. It doesn’t
only
mean recording the bills or keeping the books, i.e. income and
expenditure, it is a much more complex task.
During accounting, the data entered must be recorded and
processed
in a way and in a form, so that the actual state of company management
and processes can be analyzed, beyond its standard, general data. You
must have been requested information in the course of a tender, for
instance, that you had no idea of. Then your accountant took the books
and, spending some overtime, prepared the cash-flow, calculated the
rate of return on capital and other financial index.
Well, that’s
why you need, among
others, a professionally registered chartered accountant to elaborate
your accounting system, the chart of accounts, which will help you
produce such imformation.
Misbelief
Accounting is a nasty must and is
no use.

Well, many feel that way, but have you thought of how, and how much, it
may contribute to your business conduct? Have you ever enjoyed the
benefits of the data provided by good accounting?
But if you spend some time with bookkeeping, even as a layman, you may
estimate the strengths and the weaknesses of your venture. On the
grounds of these findings it becomes easy to outline a strategy for
process control, which is the real task of a manager. You may make your
procurements and contracts more efficient and profitable using in-depth
knowledge and advice – now that’s the real manager
approach.
